Do demons necessarily come out of people who enter the new covenant?
Demons may not necessarily come out of people who enter the new covenant.
While it could be possible for people to have demons come out of them when they enter the new covenant, there could be reasons to believe that not everybody would necessarily experience this.
You can find details below:
Health issues that could be linked to having demons are not observed to be gone in mass when people enter the new covenant
In the Bible, descriptions can be given of people who needed a demon to be cast out. In several of these accounts, people can be found having severe health issues.

When a demon was coming out in the Bible, if a health issue was also present, that health issue was always recorded to be going away when the demon was coming out. If people having demons before entering the new covenant would have had health issues that may be related, we could expect to observe many people being healed of these issues if demons were necessarily coming out of them when they enter the new covenant. But no such pattern can be observed, and so one inference that could be made would be that demons would not necessarily come out of someone who is entering the new covenant.
Demons are generally described in the Bible as being "cast out" instead of merely "coming out"
In the Bible, when demons were coming out of people, they were usually described as being "cast out" by someone. They were generally not expected to merely come out. Thus we may also be expecting to experience having to cast out demons who are in people instead of expecting those demons to merely come out.
