Are demons usually coming out of people without casting them out?

Demons are usually cast out by someone in the Bible:

In the Bible, when someone has a demon within them, they are usually CAST OUT BY SOMEONE, as for example as Jesus said: "I AM-CASTING-OUT the demons" (Matthew 12:28).

There are descriptions of people who expected that the demons are cast out by a person, as for example it is written: "one from the crowd answered Him, “Teacher, I-BROUGHT MY SON HAVING (A) MUTE SPIRIT TO YOU. And wherever it-overcomes him, it-throws-him-to-the-ground, and he-foams-at-the-mouth and grinds (his) teeth and becomes-stiff. And I-SPOKE (TO) YOUR DISCIPLES IN-ORDER-THAT THEY-MIGHT-CAST IT OUT" (Mark 9:17-18).

Demons would not necessarily want to come out of someone:

Demons do not necessarily seem to indicate that they would want to come out of someone by themselves, as for example it is written: "the DEMONS WERE-BEGGING Him, saying, “IF YOU-ARE-CASTING US OUT, send us out into the herd (of) pigs”" (Matthew 8:31).

Jesus ascended to heaven. He is able to command things from heaven. In principle it could be possible that He commands from heaven a demon in someone on the earth and as a result cast that demon out. But it is not because it is possible that therefore it would be likely to happen, and strong reasons must be set in place to believe that it DID happen if such a claim is made. Indeed, it is also not impossible that demons can function as "deceitful spirits" (1 Timothy 4:1) deceiving a person to believe that they left in order to attempt to function inside of them in the background. This is why each case would need to be investigated case by case.
