Casting out demons can be considered a miracle
In an account describing someone CASTING OUT a demon, Jesus would have described this act to be similar to doing a miracle.
It is written: "John said (to) Him, “Teacher, we-saw someone CASTING-OUT demons in Your name. And we-were-forbidding him because he-was not following us”. But Jesus said, “Do not be-forbidding him. For there-is no-one who will-do (a) MIRACLE on (the basis of) My name, and soon be-able to-speak-evil-of Me." (Mark 9:38-39).
Both have in common the name of Jesus, as a disciple of Jesus told Jesus about "someone CASTING-OUT demons in Your name" (Mark 9:38) and Jesus said: "who will-do (a) MIRACLE on (the basis of) My name" (Mark 9:39).
In another account, CASTING OUT demons in an unusual way would have been described as a MIRACLE that was not ordinary.
It is written: "God was-doing not the ordinary MIRACLES by the hands (of) Paul — so-that handkerchiefs or aprons (were) even being-carried-forth from his skin to the (ones) being-sick, and the diseases (were) being-released from them, and the evil spirits (were) going-out" (Acts 19:11-12).
Here "handkerchiefs or aprons (were) even being-carried-forth" (Acts 19:12) from the skin of Paul to people "and the evil spirits (were) going-out" (Acts 19:12). This was described as "not the ordinary MIRACLES" (Acts 19:11).
Paul was described 3 chapters earlier CASTING OUT a demon in another way and there was no indication that he did not do it in an "ordinary" (Acts 19:11) way this time. In that account, it was described that Paul simply spoke directly to the demon and commanded it to come out, as it is written: "Paul, having-been-worked-up, and having-turned (to) the spirit, said, “I-command you in (the) name (of) Jesus Christ to-depart from her” And IT-WENT-OUT (at) the very hour." (Acts 16:18).
