 Casting out demons can be done by commanding the demons directly

Casting out demons can be done by COMMANDING DIRECTLY the demons. 

The idea is to speak DIRECTLY to the demon and COMMANDING DIRECTLY the demon TO COME OUT. 

Biblical evidence

For example, there was a "son having (a) mute spirit" (Mark 9:17), and Jesus "rebuked the unclean spirit, SAYING TO IT “Mute and deaf spirit, I COMMAND YOU — COME OUT OF HIM and enter into him no-longer”. And having-cried-out, and having-convulsed (him) greatly, it-came-out" (Mark 9:25-26).

Another example: there was a "servant-girl having (a) spirit (of) python" (Acts 16:16), and "Paul, having-been-worked-up, and HAVING-TURNED TO THE SPIRIT, said, “I COMMAND YOU in (the) name (of) Jesus Christ TO DEPART FROM HER” And (it) went-out (at) the very hour." (Acts 16:18).
