Faith can be expected from someone asking for a demon to be cast out

BEFORE a demon can be CAST OUT from people in the Bible, mentions can be found of people's FAITH, implying also that it could be expected from them. The FAITH of the person asking for a demon to be cast out can especially be mentioned.

Evidences:

The FAITH of a woman is mentioned in the account of the deliverance of her daughter.
It is written: "(a) Canaanite woman having-come-out from those districts was-crying-out, saying, “Have-mercy-on me, Master, Son (of) David. My daughter is badly DEMONIZED”." (Matthew 15:22). Jesus first refused, but then the woman later said: "the little-dogs eat from the crumbs falling from the table (of) their masters!" (Matthew 15-27). After saying that, "Jesus said (to) her, “O woman, your FAITH (is) great. Let-it-be-done (for) you as you-wish”. And her daughter was-healed from that hour" (Matthew 15:28).

Jesus noticed that her "FAITH (is) great" (Matthew 15:28) and so we learn that her daughter was then delivered. The parallel account in Mark is interesting as it links DIRECTLY the mother's statement of FAITH with her daughter being delivered, as it is recorded that the woman said "even the little dogs under the table eat from the crumbs (of) the children!” And He-said (to) her, “BECAUSE-OF this statement, go — the demon HAS-GONE-OUT of your daughter”" (Mark 7:28-29). Jesus said that "BECAUSE-OF this statement" (Mark 7:28-29) that she just made, she could go, indicating that the demon HAS GONE OUT of her daughter.

The FAITH of a man is mentioned in the account of the deliverance of his son.
A man brought his son to Jesus, saying "if You-are-able (to do) anything, help us" (Mark 9:22). Then "Jesus said (to) him, “‘If You-are-able TO-BELIEVE, all (things are) possible (for) the (one) BELIEVING”. Immediately, having-cried-out, the father (of) the child was-saying, with tears, “Lord, I-BELIEVE. Help my unbelief”" (Mark 9:23-24). After that, Jesus CAST OUT the unclean spirit from the son, and "having-convulsed (him) greatly, IT-CAME-OUT" (Mark 9:26). Jesus used the conditional particle "If" (Mark 9:23) when saying "If You-are-able TO-BELIEVE" (Mark 9:23), implying that it could be a condition here.

In these two examples, the FAITH of a mother before her daughter's deliverance is mentioned, and the FAITH of a father before his son's deliverance is mentioned. These were mentioned regarding children, about whom we may suppose that they did not have FAITH for themselves yet. Could FAITH be expected from an adult?

Casting out demons can be considered as a miracle, and faith can be required to receive a miracle:

Casting out demons can be considered a miracle.

Casting out demons can be considered a miracle

Faith can be required from someone for a miracle to be received.

For example, it is written: "(Did) then the (One) supplying you the Spirit and working miracles among you (do it) because-of works (of the) Law, or because-of (the) hearing (of) faith? Just-as Abraham “believed God and it-was-credited (to) him for righteousness”, know then that the (ones) of faith — these are (the) sons (of) Abraham." (Galatians 3:5-7).

The One "working miracles" (Galatians 3:5) did it "because-of (the) hearing (of) faith" (Galatians 3:5) from "the (ones) of faith" (Galatians 3:7). The word "because-of" (Galatians 3:5) seems to suggest that it was the reason for why the miracles were being worked, and could also imply a requirement for the miracles to be worked in that case.

If casting out demons can be considered a miracle, and if faith can be required from someone for a miracle to be received, then it is possible to infer that faith could be required from someone for demons to be cast out from them.
