Someone "with" a demon can mean that a demon can come out
The expression describing someone "WITH" a demon in the Bible can be attached to a person whom the demon can later COME OUT of that person.
Biblical evidence
For example, "there-was (a) man in their synagogue WITH (an) unclean spirit" (Mark 1:23), and later "the unclean spirit, having-convulsed him and called-out (with a) loud voice, CAME-OUT of him" (Mark 1:26).
Another example: there was "(a) man WITH (an) unclean spirit" (Mark 5:2), and later "the unclean spirits, HAVING-COME-OUT, entered into the pigs" (Mark 5:13).
