Romans 8:38-39 - Not able to separate us from the love of God?

Does Romans 8:38-39 object to the need for deliverance for those who have been believers in the past?

Romans 8:38: "For I-am-convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor RULERS, nor (things) present nor (things) about-to-be-coming, nor powers,"

Romans 8:39: "nor height nor depth, nor any other creation will-be-able to-separate us from the LOVE (of) GOD in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Deliverance for believers?

It was written to believers: "I-am-convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor RULERS, nor (things) present nor (things) about-to-be-coming, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other creation will-be-able to-separate us from the LOVE (of) GOD in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).

If "RULERS" (Romans 8:38), which seem to be opposed to "angels" (Romans 8:38), will not be able "to-separate us from the LOVE (of) GOD in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:39), could this principle also apply to unclean spirits?

It is possible for an "unclean spirit" to be a "RULER". For more information:

If we apply the same principle for "RULERS" (Romans 8:38) to "unclean spirits", then it would mean that unclean spirits would not be able to separate us from the LOVE of GOD in Christ Jesus.

It is written that "the LOVE of GOD has-been-poured-out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit having-been-given to us" (Romans 5:5). The Holy Spirit is in our hearts, as Paul also wrote about "the Spirit in our hearts" (2 Corinthians 1:22).

Unclean spirits would not be found in our hearts where the Holy Spirit is, and so they could not able to separate us from the "LOVE (of) GOD" (Romans 8:39) which can be poured out "in our hearts through the Holy Spirit having-been-given to us" (Romans 5:5).
