Matthew 10:5-8 - Lost sheep of Israel?

Does Matthew 10:5-8 indicate a need for deliverance for those who have been believers in the past?

Matthew 10:5: "Jesus sent-out these twelve, having-instructed them, saying — “Do not go into (the) path (of) Gentiles, and do not enter into a city (of) Samaritans."

Matthew 10:6: "But be-proceeding instead to the lost SHEEP (of the) HOUSE (of) ISRAEL."

Matthew 10:7: "And (while) proceeding, be-proclaiming, saying that ‘The kingdom (of) the heavens has-drawn-near’."

Matthew 10:8: "Be-curing (ones) being-sick, cleansing lepers, casting-out demons. You-received freely — give freely."

Deliverance for believers?

Jesus sent out the "twelve" (Matthew 10:5), instructing them to "not go into (the) path (of) Gentiles, and do not enter into a city (of) Samaritans" (Matthew 10:5), "But be-proceeding instead to the lost sheep (of the) HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Matthew 10:6) in order to be "casting-out demons" (Matthew 10:8).

The "sheep (of the) HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Matthew 10:6) would have been the sheep under the old covenant, in contrast to the "Gentiles" (Matthew 10:5) or the "Samaritans" (Matthew 10:5).

The "HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Matthew 10:6) would later be named under the new covenant, as the Lord said: "I-will-consummate (a) new covenant for the HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Hebrews 8:8). From this it could be implied that the "sheep (of the) HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Matthew 10:6) would also exist under the new covenant.

If so, then the same way that Jesus sent the twelve to "the lost sheep (of the) HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Matthew 10:6) under the old covenant in order to be "casting-out demons" (Matthew 10:8) from them, could it be possible that the sheep under the "new covenant for the HOUSE (of) ISRAEL" (Hebrews 8:8) could also be in a position to be able to receive deliverance if needed?
