Luke 13:16 - Being a daughter of Abraham?

Does Luke 13:16 indicate a need for deliverance for those who have been believers in the past?

Luke 13:11: "and behold — (there was a) woman having (a) spirit (of) infirmity eighteen years. And she-was bending-over, and not being-able to-bend-up to the full."

Luke 13:12: "And having-seen her, Jesus called to (her) and said (to) her, “Woman, you have-been-released (from) your infirmity”."

Luke 13:13: "And He-laid (His) hands on her. And at-once she-was-made-straight. And she-was-glorifying God."

Luke 13:16: "But this (one), being (a) DAUGHTER (of) ABRAHAM whom Satan bound (for) behold, ten and eight years — ought (she) not to-have-been-released from this bond (on) the day (of) the Sabbath?”"

Deliverance for believers?

Jesus called a "woman having (a) spirit (of) infirmity eighteen years" (Luke 13:11) and released her from her infirmity, then later Jesus described her as "being (a) DAUGHTER (of) ABRAHAM whom Satan bound (for) behold, ten and eight years".

Even though Satan bound this woman, Jesus said that she was still "being (a) DAUGHTER (of) ABRAHAM" (Luke 13:16). By this claim, Jesus would have meant more than simply her being a physical descendant of ABRAHAM.

Indeed, in another passage, Jesus said to "Jews" (John 8:31) who were of "(the) seed (of) ABRAHAM" (John 8:37), who were physical descendants of ABRAHAM, that they were not actual children of ABRAHAM in a spiritual sense, as Jesus said to them: "If you-are children (of) ABRAHAM, you-(would)-be-doing the works (of) ABRAHAM" (John 8:39), but instead Jesus said to them: "You are of (your) father the devil" (John 8:44).

Thus by Jesus calling this "woman having (a) spirit (of) infirmity" (Luke 13:11) "(a) DAUGHTER (of) ABRAHAM" (Luke 13:16), Jesus would have claimed that this woman would have been doing the works of ABRAHAM, being among the spiritual "children (of) ABRAHAM" (John 8:39).

There is another example of someone doing the works of ABRAHAM and thus being a child of ABRAHAM according to Jesus: "Zacchaeus said to the Lord, “Behold, Master — I-am-giving half (of) my possessions (to) the poor. And if I-extorted anything (from) anyone, I-am-giving-(it)-back fourfold”. And Jesus said with-regard-to him that “Today SALVATION came (to) this house, because even he is (a) son (of) ABRAHAM" (Luke 19:8-9).

Could this principle under the old covenant also apply to believers under the new covenant?

The children of God were not necessarily those of the seed of ABRAHAM: as it is written: "Nor (are they) all children because they-are seed (of) ABRAHAM" (Romans 9:7). Instead, the children of the promise made to ABRAHAM are counted for seed to be the children of God, as it continues: "but the children (of) the promise are-counted for seed" (Romans 9:8).

By extension, those who are Christ’s are now the seed of ABRAHAM according to the promise made to ABRAHAM: "If you (are) Christ’s, then you-are seed (of) ABRAHAM — heirs according-to (the) promise" (Galatians 3:29).

If so, then the same way that Jesus released a "woman having (a) spirit (of) infirmity eighteen years" (Luke 13:11) who was "being (a) DAUGHTER (of) ABRAHAM whom Satan bound (for) behold, ten and eight years" (Luke 13:16), by extension children of ABRAHAM who are Christ's today may be able to receive deliverance also.
