Colossians 2:15 - Rulers and authorities stripped in Christ?

Does Colossians 2:15 object to the need for deliverance for those who have been believers in the past?

Colossians 2:15: "Having-stripped the RULERS and the AUTHORITIES, He exposed (them) in public, having celebrated-a-triumph-over them in Him!"

Deliverance for believers?

It was written about God "Having-stripped the RULERS and the AUTHORITIES, He exposed (them) in public, having celebrated-a-triumph-over them" (Colossians 2:15) in Christ.

The fact that God did that in Christ would not mean that the believers in Christ would not struggle with the RULERS and the AUTHORITIES, as it is written: "the struggle (for) us is not against blood and flesh, but against the RULERS, against the AUTHORITIES, against the world-powers (of) this darkness, against the spiritual (forces of) evilness in the heavenly(-places)" (Ephesians 6:12).

If then the struggle against "the RULERS and the AUTHORITIES" (Colossians 2:15) would not be over, it may follow that the struggle against unclean spirits may not be over. If so, the unclean spirits would need to be struggled with, by also casting them out if needed, wherever they would be.
