2 Corinthians 6:15 - No harmony of Christ with Beliar?
Does 2 Corinthians 6:15 object to the need for deliverance for those who have been believers in the past?
2 Corinthians 6:15: "And what (is the) harmony (of) CHRIST with Beliar? Or what share (is there for a) believer with (an) unbeliever?"
Deliverance for believers?
It is written: "what (is the) harmony (of) CHRIST with Beliar?" (2 Corinthians 6:15).
Believers can have CHRIST dwelling in their hearts through faith, as it is written that "CHRIST (may) dwell in your hearts through faith" (Ephesians 3:17).
Having CHRIST dwelling "in your hearts" (Ephesians 3:17) through faith could imply that no demons could dwell in the hearts of those who have faith, as it is implied in what Paul wrote: "what (is the) harmony (of) CHRIST with Beliar?" (2 Corinthians 6:15).
Now the "heart" (Matthew 22:37) is not all that is linked to a human, as there is for example also the "soul" (Matthew 22:37), the "mind" (Matthew 22:37), the "spirit" (1 Thessalonians 5:23), the "body" (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
